Toy Soldier is an Irish based ElectroRock trio combining a dance-floor groove with hard rocking riffs. Think of your favourite club night with Lady Gaga and Marilyn Manson mashing it up on the decks. In their short lifespan Toy Soldier have toured internationally, featured on an 'Ireland's Hottest Acts' CD in Hot Press Magazine and have been lauded by BBC radio DJ Tom Robinson on his show 'BBC Introducing'. 2011 proved an amazing debut for the band. Having released two critically acclaimed singles Toy Soldier embarked on an extensive international touring schedule. The trio supported some amazing acts (LostBoy AKA Jim Kerr of Simple Minds, Darwin Deez, Ham Sandwich, British Sea Power) and also hit the major Irish Summer festivals including the Electric Picnic Body and Soul Stage. To round off the year Toy Soldier were nominated in the Sexiest Video category at the IMTV awards.
